1. How do I know if my document is successfully submitted and received?

You will receive a confirmation message and a text message (if cell phone number is provided) stating successful upload. Please allow 2 business days for a Case Manager to receive your uploaded information.

2. How long does it take for my submitted documents to be reviewed?

Please allow 2 business days for a Case Manager to receive your uploaded information. If there are questions or concerns, the Case Manager will contact you.

3. How will I know if my case has been processed?

You will be contacted by mail.

4. How will I know if my Case Manager needs additional information?

You will be contacted by phone and/or mail.

Hearing Request FAQs
1. How do I know if I have successfully submitted a hearing request?

You will receive a confirmation message and a text message (if cell phone number is provided) stating successful upload.

2. How do I know if my hearing request has been received?

A Policy Specialist will contact you via the phone number you provided.

3. How will I be notified about my hearing request?

A Policy Specialist will contact you via the phone number you provided within 5 days.

4. What if I cannot be reached at the number I provided, how will I know about the status of my hearing request?

If you can not be reached at the phone number provided to discuss your hearing request, you will receive a letter in the mail informing you of the scheduled hearing date and time.
